At the tip of your desire to expand your business…

I started a small grocery shop and now I have 3 businesses

In addition, he sold his apartment to start an agricultural business, bought 1 hectare of land in Bugat soum, Bulgan in 2006, and began farming, building a 6 * 4m greenhouse, a 6 * 6 m cellar, and his own housing.
He knew that the cellar was very important because it was profitable to store potatoes and vegetables and sell them when they were expensive. He also raised 10 chickens in 2007 to supplement his livelihood. He now has more than 60 laying hens and is able to earn a certain amount of money.
In 2002, he had a flat living from salary to salary, but with the courage to do business, he now has three types of business. He now has no bank debts, thanks to good business income and spending management. He also owns a small tractor for his business, his own Verna truck for transporting potatoes and vegetables, a cellar for storing vegetables, a greenhouse for growing vegetables, a chicken coop, and a grocery store, which can be linked to his hard work and determination.

He is also a regular contributor to the GER Initiative and a contract distributor for the project's “Initiative” newspaper. He can read every new issue of the newspaper without skipping and get the information he needs for his business. The GER Initiative's "Chicken Breeding" handbook and other books, such as "Alphabet of Household" and "Methods of Growing Vegetables," have also been useful to him to start raising chickens and start his farming business.
While planting vegetables, he regularly received field advice and training from Khishigdavaa, the project's agricultural consultant. The success of the business has created temporary and permanent jobs. Currently, there are 1 salesperson, 1 support worker and 3 employees in total. As farming begins, temporary jobs are created, and the unemployed are provided with jobs such as vegetable keepers, vegetable harvesters, and sorters. In the future, he intends to focus on our fruit and crop business.

Client feedback:
The books, manuals, newspapers and training provided by the GER Initiative are very effective. Using this information, I bought 1 hectare of land, planted potatoes and vegetables, built my own cellar and started selling vegetables. I also want to expand his chicken farm. Now we have more than 60 chickens.
