Development Solutions NGO developed its quality policy in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 as follows and declared it in accordance with the organizational meeting resolution. All employees of the Development Solutions NGO follow the quality manual in their daily activities. The real quality of our organization is measured by customer satisfaction. As customer satisfaction and quality of service will continue to be an important part of our continued competitiveness, it is important that all employees understand the “Quality Management System” and use it in their day-to-day operations. We adhere to the following four principles in our quality policy.
- Provide customers business support services that meet the requirements of the law, donor organizations and the needs of consumers.
- Develop and continuously improve business support services for target group customers in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015.
- To be a Mongolian non-governmental organization that has made a real contribution to business and family life.
- Ensure productive results through external audits of product and service quality, stakeholder needs, customer satisfaction, and quality management systems.
The quality policy of Development Solution NGO is to be an exemplary Mongolian non-governmental organization that delivers products and services to the target groups of customers that meet the requirements of Mongolian laws and standards of the international donors, to give them more satisfaction than expected, and to make a real contribution to business and family life.
