So she was \nalways thinking about starting her own business. But she could not find a way to implement the idea. \nAt the time, GER Initiative, which had recently opened a new branch in Ulgii, announced on TV that it would be conducting a bakery training in September 2006, and she met with the project which \nopened up opportunities for her to start a business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She got acquainted with the project\u2019s activities, received advice on how to start a new business, \nimprove her life, and came up with the idea of starting a business. Although she specializes in meat \ntechnology, she attended a project bakery training at the suggestion of business consultants who said \nthat the bakery business in Ulgii was profitable. So she applied for a loan from the project. After \nlearning about Marjan's hard work, purpose, drive, and business plans, the GER Initiative provided \nher with loan brokerage services to enable her to start her own business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With this money, she bought an oven and other equipment and started a small bakery. She has been in \nconstant contact with the project, regularly reads project publishings, manuals and newspapers, and \nmaintains the project's ledgers. She has also advertised her business in the project newspaper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Marjan said, \"Even though we already had a bank loan, the double financing from the project allowed \nus to have our own custom cake box, and additionally we used to sell our cakes only from the shop, \nbut now they\u2019re available in other shops and in the countryside.\" Indeed, there is no cake box printing \nfactory in Ulgii, so a staff member at the project in the city connected her to a low-cost cake box \nprinting plant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a result of her business, she has improved her livelihood, has a delivery car, has increased the \ncapacity of her equipment, expanded her rental space and increased the salaries of her employees. \nPeople and organizations appreciated the taste and quality of the products of the \u201cMarjan\u201d bakery, and \nnow she is in charge of the \u201cLunch\u201d program\u2019s baked goods of two public schools in the aimag center \nand one school in the countryside, which confirms her success in such a short time. N.Marjangul's \nfuture goal is to build a large factory with many workers and jobs of her own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Good luck to Marjangul for her hard work, diligence and work starts early in the morning and is busy \nuntil 1 am, and the number of customers is increasing day by day, which makes our work and \nbusiness even more inspiring.
